Nat Criss
Nat’s been involved in the marketing industry since 1996 and was previously the Marketing Director for one of the nation’s leading mortgage brokers. Originally from Meadville, PA, Nat graduated from the College of Wooster in Ohio and spent seven years in Burlington, Vermont before relocating to Wilmington in 2005. Nat has a background in advertising, real estate, and finance, and has experience in marketing businesses in a wide range of industries. Nat and his wife Megan (see below) live in historic downtown Wilmington with their two boys, Cooper and Jalen.

Megan Criss
Megan started Wilmington SEO & Marketing, Inc back in 2007 and continues to work with many of the same clients from her first year in business. She is one of the leaders of Wilmington’s Internet Marketing Meetup which networks some of the areas’ top marketing professionals. Prior to moving to Wilmington, Megan attended St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT and spent numerous years with Dionysian Productions (Phish’s management company).

Anna Platz
Anna is glue that keeps it all together. As our project manager extraordinaire, she makes sure that our work gets delivered on time on on budget. Anna is originally from Bucks County, PA outside of Philadelphia. She attended William & Mary where she met her husband Billy. They currently live in Carolina Beach with their daughter, Taylor.

Steph Medeiros
Steph makes people sound great. She is the lead writer for ILM Marketing and handles content writing, press release development, and social media communications for several of our key clients. Steph’s writing has been featured in a number of area publications such as North Brunswick Magazine and South Brunswick Magazine.

Scott Edwards
Scott joined ILM Marketing in 2013 as an Account Manager. He has a background in software engineering and sales in the defense and intelligence industry. He previously worked for Northrup Grumman and Centrifuge Systems and is a US Army veteran. He lives in Wilmington with his wife, Lisa and their children, Katie and Nathan.
